When anxiety destroys your focus.

Hi everyone!

This is a slightly different blog post. No answering of questions, just an explanation that I feel is due.

Right now, I'm not at the top of my game. I'm not writing much, I didn't send out a newsletter last week, and whether or not there'll be a newsletter this week is something I just can't predict. This is because I'm in the midst of a pretty dire anxiety flare-up as a result of a physical health situation. I'm not going into detail regarding that just now, but so far I've had an initial examination and I'm waiting for an appointment to come through for further examination.

I'm doing what I can to counter the anxiety by socialising and working on fun little projects (if you're following the facebook page you may have seen the honesty box I created). However, the one thing I've just not felt able to do is write. I put up a post last week, also on the facebook page, and thankfully a couple of people came to my rescue by offering to write guest pieces.

With all of this going on, I've decided that now is the time to open up the website further. There's no longer a set plan with guest bloggers (i.e. one a month). As and when I have a guest piece and no other content, there's going to be a guest piece published. Sound cool? Cool.
